The other day Emily didn't want Daddy to leave for school, so he decided to have her ride the bus with him and then I would follow and pick her up. Emily was SO excited to leave that she was just giggling and she kept waving and saying "bye! ah do!" (I love you) and she even kissed me goodbye just like Daddy does. I wish I had it on video. It was so stinking cute. And after she left I realized that I just had one small child that would stay where I put her :) so I started running around, cleaning, vacuuming, etc while I had the chance. It was awesome. Ah, the life of a mother of one. I didn't know how good I had it!
So Daddy and Emmie waited for the bus.

Then when they got on the bus Emmie didn't quite know what to do for awhile. She just sat there at first, but then by the end she wanted to get up and move around.

Ok Dad! Time for school!

Ok this is a totally classic Emily face. When I want her to do something that she doesn't want to do she makes this face and turns away like, yeah right Mom! Sass. tons of sass. Heaven help me when this small child is 16 years old. PS, this is in Dad's office, hanging out until Mom got there. (remember the cleaning part? I kind of got distracted so I was a little late. woopsies!)

Yay for fun times with Dad!

How fun!! Cory gets a gold star for being such a great dad. And I totally concur with the whole a million times easier with just one kid. You never fully appreciate what you have until you can't go back. But the two definitely make it twice as fun!
so cute and so fun.
Love the coat, love the face, love the sass. :)
