I love Costco muffins, but we can never eat all 12 before they are all dried out and moldy. But their new vanilla chocolate chunk flavor is so amazing that I can't help but buy them!
Enter freezer and ziploc baggies.
I put each muffin individually in a sandwich size bag, and then put several in a gallon size freezer bag. Then we just take one muffin out when we want to eat it.
I thought it would be a pain to thaw, but actually just leaving it out on the counter for a few minutes is all it takes! Cory takes them for lunches too and it's awesome.
Costco, I heart you and your lovely muffins!

That's what we do too, we put 4 in gallon sized bags and freeze them :) yay for Costco and yay for their muffins!
