This week Cory has spring break and I have banned him from UCLA for the entire time!
Yesterday Cory and I worked like dogs, spring cleaning our house. Cory deep cleaned one bathroom and the kitchen while I tackled our bedroom. We have had some crap in our room since we moved in that we just haven't ever done anything with. So I went through it, organized, DI'd some stuff, and took the rest to the garage. Then I moved all the furniture to vacuum and dust behind it. Finally, I organized my craft stuff and made my craft table actually usable. Here is the result:
Today we played hooky from cleaning the rest of the house and went to Leo Carillo State Beach north of Malibu.
This beach is rocky and therefore had some tidepools that were fun to look in. we found a dead purple starfish, a ton of kelp, and the pincher of a blue crab. Did I even know purple starfish and blue crabs existed?? Nope! But they were pretty cool to see. The girls had a great time, as always.
