The moving process has officially begun, starting with a trip to uhaul to get boxes today.
I have suddenly felt nostalgic and sad the last few days, thinking about all we will miss when we leave LA. No more Randys donuts, Tito's Tacos, In N Out, or Winchells. No more Mar Vista Ward, beach, Disneyland, palm trees, or the fabric district. No more hanging out with great LA friends, no more crappy doctor situation, no more traffic.
But now we get to have more friends, more memories, and more experience. What a blessing for our family! So I think we are going to be fine. Eventually. :)

It's weird how we sometimes kick and scream when going into a new situation and then kick and scream again when it is time to leave it. (I think it's the Dad in us! :) )
