If your child rams her head into your mouth,
A) Your lips will take the blow so nothing will happen to your child's head, but you will have to then untangle your lip from your brace.
OR
2) Your lips will mercifully be saved, but then your child's head will have a big, bloody, dent in it.
Just throwing that out there.

Hi, when I had braces I played the trumpet. Yep, I have scars from my braces inside my mouth. Bet ya wanted to know that huh?
I, myself, have had to pry my upper lip apart from my braces after an accident with a sweet little one. I can say that now, but i promise those were not the words coming out of my mouth at the time!!!
